We Look to Jesus

Look at this world, this broken generation

So far from God, so lost without His love
Look at this world, in hopeless desperation
Trapped in their fears, so lost without hope

We look to Jesus, our hope in our Saviour
We look to Him, whose love knows no end
A healing balm and a hope for the nations,
We look to Jesus, and His saving grace.

Verse 2

Look to the poor, in broken destitution,
Orphan and widow, we hear their cries,
In Jesus' name where hurt is met with healing,
To help the hurting, we share His healing love.

Look at our sin, our stumbling through the darkness,
We know the light, so let all filth be gone,
In our own strength so little we'll accomplish,
But with Jesus, miracles abound.

Verse 4

Look at this world, a calling to the nations,
Point them to God, to show the world His love,
Look to the world, our mission field for Jesus,
Our call: to love the lost, and point the way to Him.
