I Come To You

Written in December of the 2025/26 12 Song Challenge, which was songs based on John's gospel. When reading John, I was struck by Jesus talking about him being the bread and river of life in chapters 6 and 7. I wanted to lean into the idea that everything that we seek to try and satisfy us doesn't, and that only he satisfies.
